DCE ENGAGES STAKEHOLDERS ON 24 HOUR ECONOMY MARKET AT JUAPONG

On Thursday, 26th March 2026, the District Chief Executive for North Tongu, Hon. Victoria Amefadzi Yawa Doe, engaged key stakeholders at the Juapong Market to discuss the implementation of the 24-hour economy market initiative in the district.

The meeting brought together traditional leaders, including the President of the Dorfor Traditional Council, Togbe Agbohla, queen mothers, the market queen and her executives, Assembly Members, driver union leaders, Assembly staff, political party representatives and other stakeholders. The engagement created a platform to share ideas, address concerns, and strengthen collaboration towards building a vibrant and inclusive market system that supports economic growth and livelihoods.

Hon. Victoria Amefadzi Yawa Doe expressed appreciation to H.E. John Dramani Mahama and the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, for their continued commitment to policies that promote economic transformation and improve the lives of citizens.
