Hon Victoria Amefadzi Yawa-Doe

Victoria Amefadzi Yawa Doe is a Ghanaian educationist and public servant who currently serves as the District Chief Executive for the North Tongu District in the Volta Region of Ghana. She hails from Mepe in the North Tongu District and is widely recognized for her commitment to education, community service, and local development.

She built her professional career in the education sector, where she served for over two decades. Her teaching career began in 2006 at Mepe R C Primary School. Over the years, she taught in several senior high schools, including Keta Senior High Technical School, Chemu Senior High School, and Ada Senior High Technical School, where she rose to the rank of Assistant Director I. Her long service in education helped her gain strong experience in youth development, leadership, and community engagement.

In March 2025, she was nominated as the District Chief Executive for North Tongu and was subsequently confirmed by the District Assembly with overwhelming support. As District Chief Executive, she is responsible for overseeing the administration and development of the district. Her leadership focuses on improving education, supporting agriculture and youth employment, empowering women, strengthening public services, and promoting sustainable community development.

Victoria Amefadzi Yawa Doe is known for working closely with traditional authorities, community leaders, and stakeholders to promote development and improve the living conditions of people in the North Tongu District. Her work reflects a strong commitment to public service, grassroots leadership, and the advancement of local communities.
