NORTH TONGU SHINES AT 7TH VOLTA TRADE & INVESTMENT FAIR—SHOWCASES POTENTIAL, CULTURE & OPPORTUNITIES

On 1st December 2025, the North Tongu District proudly exhibited its vast economic potential, investment prospects, and rich cultural heritage during its Showcase Day at the 7th Volta Trade and Investment Fair held at the Ho Sports Stadium.

The district’s delegation was led by the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Victoria Amefadzi Yawa Doe, whose presence brought prestige and motivation to the event. She was accompanied by a strong team of senior officials, including the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Emmanuel Laryea; District Finance Officer, Mr. Divine Seckey; Ag. District Agric Director, Mr. Yaw Boateng; Assistant Director IIA, Mr. Christian Afenyo; Internal Auditor, Mr. Elvis Defeamekpor; Assistant Human Resource Manager, Mr. Collins Koduah; Head of the Business Advisory Centre, Mr. Enock Gyetuah; and other key staff of the Assembly. Their participation highlighted the Assembly’s commitment to promoting investment and strengthening economic partnerships.

A major highlight of the event was the captivating performance by the Dadome D/A Primary School Cultural Group, whose vibrant display of traditional dances thrilled the audience. In a memorable and symbolic moment, the DCE joined and led the cultural procession, proudly showcasing the unity and identity of North Tongu.

In recognition of her exceptional leadership and dedication, Hon. Victoria Amefadzi Yawa Doe was honored with a beautifully crafted picture frame. The gesture was a tribute to her transformative contributions toward building a progressive, business-friendly, and inclusive North Tongu.
