Battor, North Tongu – 2025
The North Tongu District Assembly has successfully completed a comprehensive Smart Workplace training aimed at enhancing staff efficiency, digital communication, and collaboration within the Assembly.
The training was described as highly educational and practical, equipping staff with the necessary skills to effectively use the Smart Workplace platform. Trainers guided participants through all modules and departmental roles, ensuring that every staff member clearly understood their responsibilities within the system.
The exercise forms part of the government’s ongoing digital transformation agenda to improve public service delivery and promote a more efficient, paperless workflow across all Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs).
Staff expressed appreciation for the hands-on nature of the training, noting that it has strengthened their capacity to carry out their duties more effectively and in alignment with modern administrative standards.
